The rankings are scored in three categories:

• Matchmaker scores reflect the relevance based on each user's unique profile and network behavior.
• Popularity scores are based on the popularity of the opportunity within the network. The opportunities with the most clicks and views rise to the top.
• Connection scores give importance to what a user's connections have endorsed, ranked, and recommended.
